Summary

However, the Lord, having spent long years on the battlefield, is feared by all for his razor-sharp, ruthless nature… When Louise stated her age in a small voice, he nodded with a slight frown. Looking as if he might say something more, he let out a short sigh and then, without even looking at her, gestured towards the bed with his chin. His low, resonant voice carried a heavy, irresistible sense of intimidation.
