Summary
She picked up a stray cat (her boyfriend), but he’s both a deadbeat and a perfect gentleman?! Sakurai Harune is a career-focused, high-achieving office worker. But that’s just the persona she hides behind after past failures, and deep down she’s been living unfulfilled days. One day, right in front of her home, she encounters a man in a black hoodie and black mask collapsed on the ground. “Take me in,” says the man, Aoi, half taking advantage of her kindness. This leads to them living together, with Aoi as her pet cat and pretend boyfriend. Through soothing moments, sweet times, and a few turbulent events, Harune and Aoi slowly grow closer. But one day, Aoi suddenly disappears. While loneliness eats away at her, she spots Aoi on a giant screen in the city, appearing as the popular composer SOU. This is the story of an unfulfilled woman and a man who is equal parts slacker, perfect boyfriend and top artist, and how they come to discover what true love really is.
